Sorority Bid Day Box

Bid Day Boxes will be delivered directly to the new members' chapter houses on Bid Day, Saturday, August 15th at the University of Arkansas. All boxes have a flat rate $10 additional delivery fee (shown as 'Delivery' charge at checkout).

Big Bid Day Box: Includes a Chenille Tote Bag, Purse Strap with Coin Purse, Sticker Sheet, Striped Notebook, Sorority Pen Set of 3, Gold Bubble Shelf Letters, Heart Sunglasses, Varsity Hat, Gingham Makeup Pouch, Greek Cord Bracelet, Wristlet Keychain, and Buttons x2.

 *Substitutions may be made as needed for inventory with equal value.

Dorm Life Box:

In case your girl either drops out of recruitment, or does not receive a bid, we have put together this Dorm Life Box for her. It includes a great selection of items from our gift shop. Possible items include lotions, mugs, jewelry, notepads, and more! We will match the value of the Bid Day Box. We will NOT offer refunds on Bid Day Boxes. Dorm Life Boxes will be available for pickup beginning Monday, August 19th.

*For Dorm Life Boxes, the delivery fee that was originally charged at the time of purchase will be replaced with additional amazing product!

What is a Bid Day Box?

With Bid Day being such an important day in your girl’s college career, we decided to help make it even more special with a gift box of specially picked items. Items range from sorority specific buttons and keychains to makeup bags and tumblers. These items will be the first items your girl receives with her new letters on them!

How does my girl receive her box?

The evening before Bid Day, Greek Life will send us a list of which house has extended a bid to your girl. As soon as we receive the list, we get to work perfecting each girl’s box. Bid Day Boxes will be delivered directly to new members' chapter houses on Bid Day. We will NOT ship them or deliver directly to dorms.

Will you let me know which house my girl receives?

Due to an agreement with Greek Life, we cannot reveal which house your girl received a bid from. And why spoil the big surprise of the day!

What if she withdrawals from recruitment/does not receive a bid?

Don’t worry! If your girl does not complete Sorority Recruitment for any reason, we will put together a Dorm Life Box from our wonderful gifts in our shop. Our gift shop carries an assortment of lotions, mugs, jewelry, and more! We will NOT offer refunds on Bid Day Boxes.
